Behind the house there is a little car park for up to 6 cars and there is a huge additional storage space underneath part of the garden that can be converted into additional seating for big groups and events of approximately 170 m², which is now serving as a garage as well as a storage room.

The main house has a surface of 320 m² and adds up along with the additional rooms and shed to a total of 500 m² approximately, while it is standing on a plot of land of 1.500 m².

As the first part ever build of the house dates back to 1895 it is under official protection by law and may not be removed, even if the entire urbanization would have to be restructured.

The entire house has undergone a complete reformation between August and November 2007 and has been newly refurnished as well.

The house has been converted to a Bar/Restaurant about 9 years ago and can very well be reconverted at no high cost into a fantastic stand alone home with a big garden, pool and humongous storage areas, garage,, etc … just the way it was built for in the beginning.
